My name is McCall "Pax" Paxton and it is my great pleasure & honor to welcome you to CharacterMarket.AI.
CharacterMarket.AI is a niche online marketplace where those who create Character Cards, Persona's, Lorebooks, & other AI related creations can showcase their work, accept offers from buyers, or take on work that is placed on the open market.
Our goal at CharacterMarket.AI is to create a one stop shop for all. To replace the random and varied methods used now, with a streamlined market. That caters to the widest possible audience. To allow all to find what they want and create what they want.
In an effort to make this the most reliable and best place for Creators & Buyers we use an escrow system for payments. The way it works is simple. The Buyer finds a Creator they like and either purchase's a set bundle or makes an offer for a bespoke or unique creation. Once the Creator accepts the project, the Buyer funds the project, placing the funds in escrow, and the Creator begins to create. The standard is two revisions by the Creator, but if it is agreed upon before hand there can be more revisions. Once both parties are satisfied the funds are released and the creations are now available for download.
CharacterMarket.AI takes 10% for operational expenses. We try to take as little commission as possible for two reasons. The first is, that we want those who create to receive as much as possible for their hard work. After all they are the ones making magic happen. The second, is our hope that with volume will come profits. If we need to hang by a thread for awhile to help facilitate the success of Creators & to offer Buyers an excellent and trust worthy market, then so be it. We would rather be fair, honest and open than try to wring water from a stone.
We also wanted to create a safe, secure, & privacy focused market place where anyone can come and get what they want with no hassle or pressure.
Finally, but certainly not least, we wanted to create a visually pleasing and easy to use platform for both Buyers & Creators. For Creators we have created dashboards that have all the information you could want to help facilitate your success. Allowing you to see everything from offers, earnings, to so much more.
In our upcoming blogs we will speak to creating a Buyer or a User account as well as creating a Creator account. Following those will be blogs about becoming familiar with account settings, dashboards and the use of the accounts on the site.
